To rest – move

When I was overwhelmed or had a lot of work to complete – I used to forgo excercise to save time and energy. That was a huge mistake! Now I make excercise my priority and it fuels me throught the day.

Take a walk to get unstuck

Taking a walk is one of the easiest, cheapest and most effective cognitive enhancers around. Moving is paramount for the brain activity whereas spending time in nature has a profoundly therapeutic effect on thinking clarity, overall health, and is a surefire way to lower the stress levels.
