In a frantic search for performance metrics, we often grab the number that is easiest to gauge, ignoring that not everything that’s measurable matters.
It’s often better to include qualitative feedback, than latch on to ‘next best thing’.

When I was overwhelmed or had a lot of work to complete – I used to forgo excercise to save time and energy. That was a huge mistake! Now I make excercise my priority and it fuels me throught the day.
You’re not lazy. You may just need accountability.
There is no one-fits-all productivity advice. If you have been struggling with todo lists and “just do it” approach, you may better respond to accountability.
